Our story
A corner building, a little light
Lumen & Larch opened inside a restored 1890s brick corner building, the kind with tin ceilings and windows that catch the morning sun just so. We kept the bones of the place and warmed up the rest — worn oak floors, brass fittings, a bar built for lingering.
Our beans are roasted in small batches nearby, and our pastries are baked before sunrise so the first espresso of the day always has something to sit beside. The name comes from the light through the larch trees outside our front window — golden, brief, and worth slowing down for.
